In the first hills of Fano, a few km from the sea and the cities of Fano, Urbino and Pesaro and from the many medieval villages of the Metauro valley, we sell a splendid and well-established Country House surrounded by greenery and equipped with every comfort.

The structure, recently renovated, offers a capacity of about 60 beds divided into various independent housing units with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms as well as a large living area. The accommodation units are cared for down to the smallest detail and equipped with air conditioning and every comfort. The rustic style and the numerous references to rural tradition make the rooms warm and comfortable.

The country house also has a restaurant for about 50 covered seats and a considerable availability of outdoor seats that make the structure suitable for ceremonies of various kinds. The restaurant is open to the public.

The recreational aspect is rich and well-kept. The property has a large swimming pool and open spaces for group games. A service is offered.
